YES! We can do yoga in a chair! Sue will use lots of props to help make yoga poses more accessible and comfortable. Have fun with us and make progress that will make a difference in you life. This class is perfect for beginners.

A deeply restful and relaxing practice of supported poses using props to dissolve physical and mental tension. Experience deep levels of relaxation and calmness to restore the body. Elise is such a nurturer!
SUNDAYS at 4pm

Our lives are so fast paced, so take this hour to unwind your body and relax your mind. You will feel safe, relaxed, calm, and peaceful while getting the benefits of the yoga poses. Elise teaches gentle movement and ends the class in a sequence of restorative poses.

Suzanne teaches and shares unconventional, strong, and exciting ways to move and strengthen that will level up your knowledge of the body. You will also have time to practice being still in the presence of the Lord. Follow the LUX (Latin for LIGHT) and see you on the mat!
WEDNESDAYS at 9:30am
Ready to build strong bones? This class is based on Dr. Loren Fishman's Osteoporosis program. 12 poses are held for up to a minute, weights optional. Challenging but paced for recovery and focus. BREATHE DEEP, WORK HARD. Everyone welcome.

Power flow is a creative and fun vinyasa class which links together poses with the breath in a flowing sequence. . Not for beginners.
MONDAYS at 9:30am
Mobility allows you to stay active by improving stability and range of motion in your joints. Julie will lead you in a class with a good mix of strength and mobility work. She mixes traditional yoga flows with non traditional flows that are creative but not complex. You will love her laugh!
